Hello and welcome to Wednesday’s edition of A Slice Of Soap. It’s awards time again! Question is, will Coronation Street be able to defend its Best Soap crown when the Inside Soap Awards are held this September? Or will young upstart Hollyoaks surprise everyone? In 2007, for the first time in a decade, Corrie beat EastEnders to the award for Best Soap. But Hollyoaks might just pull off a sensational win unless EastEnders fans get on the case again.
